Shipping Policy
• All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days. Deliveries to Upper Egypt usually take 10 to 15 business days.
• The courier will contact you before delivery to confirm receipt.
• If there is any delay beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Exchange & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority.
• Customers are welcome to inspect their order upon delivery while the courier is present.
• If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order.
• In cases where the error is on our side, Azal will cover all shipping costs, and a full refund will be issued within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
